Course Title     Releasing Guilt through Forgiveness
Course Code     ID-101
Credit Hours     1.0

Description
Learn how to heal relationships by releasing guilt and letting go of the fear that separates us. Guilt is defined as the feeling of self-condemnation we experience after doing something we think is wrong. Fear is our feeling of anxiety or agitation when we perceive danger. Forgiveness means letting go of the past. Unless we forgive others for what we think they have done to us, we are unable to forgive ourselves and experience peace of mind.
